When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Hi quinoa and welcome,
Hi quinoa and welcome,
It sounds like you have a lot going on there. I think it might be best if you were to contact Christine or a whole woman practitioner with these issues. We can answer general questions about prolapse on the forum depending on our experiences, but, I personally would not be comfortable advising you.
You can find the contact information on the tool bar above.

Hi quinoa,
Hi quinoa,
I have a bulging disc so I know what you are going through...(in a sense). Had two epidurals and PT since June of last year. I try to walk in whole woman posture and I get a pain in my butt. I wonder is it my back or am I doing it wrong? Need to talk to Christine but right now the funds aren't there:( BUT welcome! I'm kinda new here also.

I agree you have too many issues for us ladies here to really advise you. But there is nothing preventing you from trying the posture and seeing if you can do it. If you have not already picked up on the elements of posture from this site, you can watch this video:

If you don't mind my asking, can you explain your hyst? When I googled subtotal hyst, every definition indicated that the cervix was retained, yet you say yours was removed, so what does "subtotal" mean in your case? Do you have a uterus with no cervix? Not meaning to sound too stupid, just wondering if you have any part of your uterus, as the round ligaments do help pull the organs forward in WW posture.
Consult with Christine if you can. Wishing you the best - Surviving

Thank you
Hi there.....thank you all for your kind assistance. My Hyst is subtotal as I still have my ovaries.....just uterus and cervix removed. I have no idea what the story may be about my ligaments. I will look into contacting Christine. Thanks again!
