Thank you Ladies :)

Body:

I have just been reading and re reading all the wonderful advice you gave me. I need to rethink the posture and take it more slowly. Round belly is not an issue here where are live, at least not amongst the locals. We live very close to the sea and in the summer afternoon most neighbours meet at the beach in all kinds of swimwear. It is rather my problem. I've always been skinny, doing a lot of walking and all sorts of physical activity. Now I feel restrained in my new body but Iwill have to accept it again.
Just a thought, I try to swim as much as I can because I heard it's good for prolapse. The bulges disappear in the water and all goes up :) I try to keep myself straight, in the posture, doing bicycle moves with my legs and circular moves with my hands to keep myself afloat but also to keep my chest high. Like that my belly seems more relaxed yet I can feel the more muscles working. Pity it only happens in the water ;)
Thank you all again, Melita

Swimming is great, it's a nice prolapse-friendly and relaxing exercise. But it doesn't really do much for prolapse. You are weightless, but the real prolapse work happens when you are on your feet using gravity and breathing and posture to position the organs. So swim all you want, but don't substitute swimming for good WW posture walking and workouts. - Surviving
