When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Healing Posture
I don't really understand the healing posture yet, but I'm eager and willing to learn.

choosing a pessary
I also have a cystocele, and I have been using a donut pessary for about 10 days now. I find it provides tremendous relief from pressure and discomfort without interfering with bowel or bladder function. I remove it at night and re-insert it in the morning - removal and reinsertion are fairly easy. Previously, my nurse practitioner had insisted that only a cube pessary would work for me because of the degree of prolapse. I tried one for about a week - it was moderately difficult to insert, very difficult to remove and very uncomfortable for walking, sitting etc. I also had a lot of rectal pressure. I insisted on trying the donut, and I'm hoping it will continue to provide support and relief. I wish you the best in managing your prolapse comfortably.

Doughnut pessary
This will sound bizzare but...
What does that look like? Exactly - I know this is kinda TMI but if you have a digicam can you take a pic of it? Or find me a link online as in Uk they say the ring pessarys are doughnut - and i get so confused as I had a ring pessary (Thats what caused my cystocele and rectocele as my EVIL Dr just rammed it in no matter how much pain I was in) - So am looking into a different one in case I feel the need to try again - Thanks :)

Grrrrr
That just PROVES to me My Dr is a &^&*^^&** - It sas on this site To properly fit a patient with a RING pessary, it is necessary to have a minimum of six sizes.
She had ONE size - ONE - And she rammed it up there it has traumatised me - And my partner who was with me who says he has never seen me cry in pain like that - Before this one pessary I only had uterine prolapse and then suddenly I had all 3.
Can't sue here though in UK cos it wouldnt get anywhere - Dr's here always get away with things unless they kill you.
I will never see HER again for anything with my 'underparticles' (lol) I will go to se the man mum saw who told me when i described mine it was WAY too big.
Man - I wish I had paid and gone to see him first!
Oh well hafta go on now I guess...
Thanks for the website link
(Oh and I just noticed the 'office fitting sizes' mine was ABOVE that size!! (I still have it - Its HUGE and came out - well moved - after 18hrs cos I was unable to do a bm...
