sleeping positions

Body:

just wondered. which is best? sleeping on your back, your side or your tummy?
i have been trying to sleep on my right side because my womb is falling towards the left. i think i may try my tummy to see if this encourages the 777 axis that christine talks about.

Even when I've been newly post-natal it never occurred to me that one side might be better than the other. I don't sleep on my front because my face gets too creased up! Sign of age!

i find it hard to sleep on my front too as its difficult to breathe and i drool! but i'd try anything if i thought it would help.

I just remembered that a useful thing for the pelvis is to sleep with a pillow or cushion between your knees (if you're on your side, that is), like you might do when you're pregnant.
