When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

forward bends
For those who are supple enough - it's good WW exercise to do a standing or sitting forward ben at the hips to ties shoe-laces etc. You can also spread the feet apart a little &/or bend the knees to make this a bit easier if standing. When I was pregnant I had to ask others to tie my shoe laces - so that amy also be an option!
Glasses are good!. I need reading glasses and often me and my glasses are in different places though - so I empathise!
Good luck - a lot of the WW work is a work in progress and also very personal. We often finds out what works or doesn't work for us from our own experiences as well as from info and advice from others.
Remember it's probably pretty well impossible to never flatten our lumbar curves or slump or do the WW posture the whole time. So long as we consciously do it when we can when appropriate and in time it does become more second nature.
Good luck and best wishes,

Good suggestions! Thank you.
Good suggestions! Thank you. I'm trying to create some good WW posture habits while I have the time. When life gets busy, I hope to be on WWW auto-pilot for daily activities/tasks.

Shaving & shoes Sierra
Hi Sierra,
I shave legs in the shower, by putting one foot on a built in in ledge/ shelf which is not far from the floor. In another shower I use there is no shelf so I wedge my foot into a corner of the wall and shave that way! Luckily I don't have to use that shower often at all, or I would put a plastic stool in it. There - a solution for you maybe!
I do lean forward from the hips a little, and as I shave I run my hands up my legs, & as I shave each length, to see where shaving is needed and check that it is done properly.
That works well for me and I have never needed to see the hairs. It is quite quick for me to get it done that way.
Putting on shoes has been a difficult one as is drying toes after a shower.
Lace ups I put on while sitting on the floor - that and drying toes is something I have constantly mused over with little solution!
As wholewomanUK says, keeping the posture as often as possible is the key.
I am adapting lifting weights with some of the exercises, and that is interesting!
There is always something to consider - part of the brain training of WW!
Have fun Sierra,
