When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Symptoms
Good grief. I have symptoms every day of my life! Are you having that many symptom-free days already? - Surviving

I have been having some
I have been having some really good days. I average 2 good days followed by 2 bad days, but none of the bad days were this symptomatic.

OK, those are just the normal ups and downs caused by things we can pinpoint (overdoing it) and sometimes things that we can't pinpoint. Setbacks are normal. Relax and work through them. - Surviving

One of these days I'm sure
One of these days I'm sure both you ladies will learn to relax and just live with your prolapse and not be crazed and obsessed. It will happen. But you need to just dial down the anxiety a bit. You're getting there. - Surviving

S60, you are so right. My dial doesn't go down that far yet, but I'm working on it. I'm also having those pains under my right breast which I haven't had since the incident which is a little unsettling.

Sierra, you said somewhere
Sierra, you said somewhere recently that you were having trouble losing your fear. I can clearly recall that when I started this work, I immediately lost my fear. I mean instantly. Before my book had even arrived in the mail. I can't explain this, but it's the reason I have stressed this so much in my posts to newbies and others who are still holding onto that fear. Once you have gotten to the point where you can absolutely see for yourself that this works, and you can understand why it works.......how can you stay afraid? And I don't mean just you. I think I am the exception. Which makes no sense to me at all, because I was born a worry-wart and I will die a worry-wart. But I have zero fear for the future of my organs. I wish everybody could do that. - Surviving

Things that I hadn't thought of...
I know that you are right. At least I acknowledge that the fear might be unwarranted. It's just these little things that feel very big come up that I hadn't even considered. I put my bathing suit on yesterday and realized that you can see the bulge by the end of the day. I hadn't EVEN thought of that! All of the consequences of POP are just so sudden. I was baffled about how to solve that one. I live on the beach which is wonderful, but now to find a bathing suit that doesn't hang down with me. Any suggestions out there??
I realize that I am so much a newbie to this and it will all work out. It's just the day-to-day stuff that comes up that is unsettling…for now. Please send me a new dial, one like yours, that dials down all the way! ;-) PS Send one to Safelyheld too while you are at it! - Sierra

bathing suit suggestion
Hi Sierra, I do have a suggestion! I like to wear more of a board-short than a bathing suit bottom when I am doing stuff around the water. I have several pairs of women's board shorts - some shorter and some longer length - and I wear them with a bikini top, and sometime I wear them over a tank suit, or with a tankini top ...
I wear them because I prefer them, not because of my POP (mine doesn't hang out) but they would camouflage it well I think. They are way comfy.

And that is just my point. I have been a worrier all my life. So if could just relax and move forward with this work, and not get stressed out about it all the time, I like to think that anyone can, if they give themselves half a chance. - Surviving

Thank you S60 for everything. I've had my lopo moment, epsom bath and am sitting comfortably in WW posture and feeling pretty good. When I get more positive days under my belt, I'm sure that it will all be better. It's so nice having all of you there on the bad days.
You're so tough, S60! I will one day SOON feel whole again like you and not broken…I know it!
Safelyheld, thank you for being so understanding and like-minded with me (the good and the bad, I'm sure haha), it is very comforting as well!
All of you ladies are great and what I need right now! I'll be having dinner with my girlfriend tomorrow night and we will not be discussing POP. It will be strange not talking about it but refreshing also!
Good night ladies!

Sierra- so glad you got that straightened out! :)
In your first post, you hadn't had a morning BM. When that happens to me, I know that regardless of many tricks I pull out of my WW bag, it's just going to be a 'heavy' day. When I am able to have a complete morning BM, I usually get many hours, if not the full day, feeling asymptomatic. Or virtually so, but so much of it is tied to my cycle as well.
Surviving is right- these bad days are inevitable, but when they do come, not being thrown by them or too stressed out by them is part of what makes WW so valuable. Any stress exacerbates Pop symptoms anyway so it can be a vicious cycle. You are so very new at this and have done so well. Don't get down on yourself or stressed that you are getting stressed by a bad day. They stink regardless, but they can be taken in stride knowing that the next day is much more likely to be a much better one.
I'm so glad you were feeling so much better by the end of the day. :) I too wish I had S60's dial!!! But through the course of this work, mine now does go down a lot further than it did in the beginning- yours will too. Hope you're having a wonderful day today!! :)- gr8fl
(This is also for our sweet SH -also in your early days....in time, this work helps symptoms to become less stressful in and of themselves....hard to believe in the beginning, but it really is true. :)

Post for Sierra and SH
Hi Guys
I just found this and thought you both might like it as I did. Read the post by Louiseds as the response to the opening post. I searched wide radius lumber curve to get this post but I think it covers so much more about our organs inside of us and why we might go back and forth in our prolapse symptoms.

AL, It had a very calming
AL, It had a very calming effect indeed (dialed me down a notch or 2, S60)! I am re-watching the FAFP DVD just for some reinforcement of everything that I know. Every time I chat with you ladies or listen to Christine OR Louise, I do learn something new….just more pieces to add to my puzzle otherwise known as "My Body and POP". I am certainly re-learning, indeed, as someone wisely said to me early on in this process.
