When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

I had a skype consult recently. Here are a few answers/tips:
- My laptop has an inbuilt camera and speaker so I did not have to buy this. You can buy speakers for next to nothing but I am not sure about the costs of cameras.
- Skype is free you just need to check you have enough data on your internet connection as an hour consult uses up a bit. Everyone seems to have lots of data these data so it may be no problem. We have 80GB a month.
- Skype itself is free.
- You may want to try skyping someone first for a practice as you need to know how to add Christine's user name and how to answer a call with your video on. Skype does offer some practice options when you join up.
- Body position - Skype was great. I had to angle my camera so Christine could not always see my whole body at once but I didn't feel it was a problem. I was really happy with the detail Christine could see and how helpful it was.
- Also good lighting is important for Skype. It is no good with a bright light behind you such as standing with a sunny window in the background. I had a wall in the background and set a mirror up on the side so I could see myself. I could also see myself on Skype as you get a mini image of yourself in the bottom right hand corner of the screen
Good luck.

Skype
These are some great suggestions, A&L! I am something of a newbie to Skype myself, having only used it for voice calling so far. I know if I were preparing for a consult, I would find a friend and practice the entire process until I felt comfortable. That will make your consult great, and not stressful. - Surviving
