Dang!

I got really excited when my yoga magazine showed up and on the cover was, "Think Twice Before Taking This Common Teaching Cue." I let myself dream that perhaps there would be a tiny WW tidbit of influence.

Alas, I read the short piece and did not see any evidence of that. To be fair, I don't understand all of the anatomy, but there were three "how to explore" options and the final one mentioned flattening the lumbar curve. No thanks :-)

When I hear the cue "Tuck your tail" I use it as a reminder to make sure I'm pulled up in my finest WW posture and then...I smile.

Yeah....don't you love those promising headlines that just lead to the same old crap? Happens all the time on the internet. I click on stories with the same thought, only to be disappointed, but not surprised, to realize that most of the world has still not "connected the dots" between wrong posture and the host of problems it can trigger.
