When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Never heard of it, but
Never heard of it, but Christine was talking about coming up with an incontinence product soon. Not even sure what it is going to be.
But, your best bet right now is to keep moving your organs forward into the lower belly with the the whole woman posture. The posture work and firebreathing really help to relieve some of those feelings, also.

Thank you.
I am just starting this journey and learning so much. I understand the progress will be slow, and need to commit to the daily work. The posture is already helping my hips and reflux. Just knowing my POP can be managed in the future years (without surgery) gives me hope and peace of mind. I am so grateful I arrived here having had NO pelvic surgery. I have an appointment with a GYN to stage my celes for the first time, should be an interesting conversation.

Diagnosis
Grace, don't worry too much about what the gyn has to say. The organs are always moving, and a diagnosis is very subjective and nothing more than a snapshot. I've never even received a formal diagnosis of my prolapse. You'll most likely get some relatively useless suggestions from your gyn, so please go in there well-armed with the truth about prolapse, so you can smile politely, leave the office and get on with the important stuff! - Surviving

Exactly
That is exactly how I intend to deal with this Dr. visit. I thought it wise to have a well woman exam, and at least identify the type of prolapse I have. Surgery? No, thank you, but no. I truly appreciate your support!
