Bladder Prolapse

Hi, down i posted my request yesterday , I really need help. My job requires lots of standing, I can go on for an hour , then i feel my bladder slipping down, at that time should i go sit down or do fire breathing exercise, i need some guidance. If i am sitting down all the time then there is no problem but i cannot do that. One more thing how many times you can do fire breathing exercisest es without hurting myself. In the book it says only 15 minutes a day. Also christine kent suggests 10 to 20 minutes exercises everyday but if i do twice a day, will it make me feel better? please help ASA thank you
