Homeopathy/ Herbal teas

Body:

Hi ladies. I am new to the forum and am wondering if anyone has experience of "Sepia" helping with a prolapse. My medical doctor thinks I am crazy for refusing to use daily eostregen cream for life.
I am 53 years old and my uterus prolapsed possibly from all the heavy lifting I had been doing. The doctor's solution was to never lift anything heavy. I am in extremely good health, have normal blood pressure. I have adrennal exhaustion from a life of high stress starting in childhood so I am working on that.
Friends have told me they have never heard of my condition (prolapse).
I think that is because woman opt for surgery and think that is the right thing.
I live in New Zealand and have access to many herbalists, homeopaths and naturopaths.
I would love some suggestions as to where to start.
Six weeks ago I began a Feldenkrais Method class and that may help too.
One doctor suggested to me that a natural testosterone cream (from pigs) would hep because blood tests showed my eostrogen levels were very high and my testoterone levels very low.
I still have a normal monthly cycle.

I am trying Homeopathy in addition to living in the Whole Woman Posture. Actually it is the reverse with the posture being crucial and the homeopathy being incidental. Not sure yet if the medication is working but have the belief that the posture provides a key to managing POP better.

Your story sounds very much like mine, knittingbee. After doing all the rounds with doctors, I opted to just get all the estrogen and chemicals out of my diet. I cut out sugar, processed foods, any heavy laden estrogen foods, coffee and alchohol. It took time, but I started to feel better, and now feel great.
I also have a profound uterine prolpase, probably from heavy lifting and bad postural habits all my life, but the whole woman work is what has saved me. I am in the best place right now with my hormones and my prolapse.

Hi Kittu's Collie, thank you for you reply. I will order the WW material today. I had been hoping to juggle the situation with knowledge that I have gained from a lovely lady who is a retired nurse, who has told me that a lady needs to sit on the toilet in a different way froma man, and many other bits of interesting information.
I am luckier than some ladies who are posting their stories, but i wish to make some big improvements to my posture and health prior to my son's wedding in 7 weeks.

Hi Aging gracefully. Thank you for your reply. I probably did many bad postural things when I was doing heavy farm work, and I am of slim build. I find that I feel more comfortable and energised when I sit upright. There are not many homes that have lounge furniture which is designed this way.
It is shame that coffee is bad for us. I have already given up wine, as I prefer red grape juice.

I did meet a naturopath/ healer who offered to read my energy field and to identify where my hormonal imbalance was. This freaked me out a little, but I may reconsider.

So wonderful to be introduced to a community to women who are changing the lives of women.
