WW diet

Body:

Is there a whole woman cookbook? Diet book? Thought I saw it in back of my saving the ww book but don't see it in store.

Forum:

There used to be, but I have never seen it. And, I don't think there is any intention of bringing it back currently either. But, if you go to the resources at the top tool bar, and then click on whole woman living arts, you will see some really good foodie videos there!

p.s. There are also some very good living art sections on some of the DVDs and online courses.

Yes, the food book has been out of print for a long time now. I know there are no plans to re-print, but maybe somewhere down the road Christine will do another one. Meanwhile as AG says - Christine has great food information throughout all her work. - Surviving

As above. However some general rules of thumb go a long way:
Fresh organic local… where possible.
Avoid processed foods generally.
Reduce or omit alcohol, coffe, black tea.
If you do have 'naughty treats' sometimes then imbibe mindfully and enjoy..
Prioritise your happiness levels and reduce your stress levels - this makes a difference.
Good posture, good elimination & toiling are part of good digestion.
In winter warm easily digestible foods are good - stews, soups etc are great.

I'm sure there's a lot more - but that'll take you a long way.
