New prolapser

Trying to come to term with my prolapse diagnosis! Today not a good day this is scary! What do you do when bulge is worse? Is there anything I can do that will help? I have been trying new kegels and concentrating on correct posture. Thanks any advice would be appreciated!!

Hi! I am fairly new here, so I just wanted to say hi and let you know that others will give you some very good ideas/information.

In the meantime, try to do some relaxing and some nice deep breathing (breathing into your abdomen).

But first, can you tell us a little more about yourself? Are you postpartum or finding your prolapse at and older age? This way we can better direct you to the information you will be needing.
