Items to purchase?

Hi,

I'm 28 with a 6 month old, noticed my prolapse recently. I've been doing my best to do posture from what I've read on the forums.

So far, I've ordered First Aid for Prolapse and the 2nd Wheel DVD because I'm excited to get active again. Im waiting for these to arrive in the mail. I'm somewhat fearful of doing activity but can't lay down all day!

Is there anything else you would recommend for my demographic? I'm also wishing to have another baby if I heal more and feel comfortable, perhaps in 3 or 4 years from now...just thought I'd share in case anyone can suggest specific resource(s) to view or purchase.

Actually, whole woman walking is the best way to work on those posture principles. Just make sure you are keeping your feet pointed straight forward while you are walking, belly relaxed, chest pulled up, shoulders down, and pull up from back of neck and head with chin slightly tucked.
