When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

Doesn't sound like you are
Doesn't sound like you are experiencing anything from the usual prolapse symptoms from what you are describing here. Just keep working on your posture and whatever resources that you have. Add in some jiggling and firebreathing daily as a little extra help in getting things to move in the right direction.
Also, remember that you are only into 6 months of a two year healing period, so many of your issues may resolve on their own, but keep up the whole woman work, that is for a lifetime.

Thanks for your response
I did have pressure feelings awhile back and wasn't sure what was going on at the time. It was very uncomfortable but I don't have that anymore. I should've mentioned this. This was a few months ago though.
I hope it's just extra tissue though. I was thinking urethrocele perhaps. I am a nurse and fond of research but not sure if it helps my mental state!
This rough tissue I feel at the entrance feels exactly like vaginsl rugae or the g-spot...except it's located now as soon as my finger goes in instead of an inch or two inside. Sorry tmi.
Anyways, I'll keep up with the WW work and may follow up with my gyno.
Thanks again

Discomfort around the urethra does seem to crop up a lot in discussions with our post-partum moms.....You can use the search box to read other discussions. It will get better. Stay with the posture and try not to fixate too much on the changing appearance of your pp vagina - I know that's easier said than done! - Surviving

Thanks
I do have one more question, and I would search for it but now sure what terms to use. Besides the lump feeling right near the opening, I sometimes get a strange sensation in my vagina. It feels like there is a wave in the muscles of the vagina...I'm trying to describe...almost like peristalsis movements of the intestines as food is being digested. I'm not sure if it's coming from my bowels, perhaps if gas is moving..but I feel the "wave" in my vagina. I'm not sure if my description makes sense. It's as if the muscles are doing something odd.
Ever here of this? Not sure if it would have anything to do with prolapse.
