When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

You've asked a lot of questions here, but right now, the first thing I want to say is that you are a very, very poor candidate for a pessary. With rectocele you will be lucky if you can even keep one inside. If you can, it will most likely be very uncomfortable and will actually aggravate the prolapse and wreak havoc with those sensitive tissues. - Surviving

I do think that if you have been here 2 years, and Whole Woman posture still has not become automatic, then that should be the focus of your efforts right now. Yes, it takes extreme mindfulness for a long time, but you can get there. Rectocele can be managed quite effectively through posture. If your doctor has trouble finding your cervix, then clearly the uterus is not significantly prolapsed, so can you explain what you mean about putting the cervix back in place?
Being on your feet a lot isn't necessarily bad for prolapse, in fact it can actually help, as long as your posture is correct. Being a little overweight does not aggravate prolapse if the posture is correct, though you should pursue a healthy weight for other reasons you have mentioned.
I can't tell from your post whether or not you are familiar with the specific elements of Whole Woman posture. Let us know what resources you are working with now; perhaps we can make some suggestions. Have you taught yourself to firebreathe and do you do it regularly? - Surviving

Thank you
Surviving 60 - Thank you for your comments. I haven't been diligent with the exercises nor mastered the posture. I have the First Aid for Elderly (I am 65), and just got the First Aid Prolapse. I also have the book and the dvd WW Vula Vaginal Health. I am viewing that one again now. My baton is backordered. I have not done the fire breathing as of yet but plan to. So I am catching up once again. As a care taker myself - I am realizing I really must take care of myself first. Sometimes it seems there are just not enough hours in a day. So far my weight loss is doing well. I am feeling better. I do plan to see my doctor within the next 3 months. I will post again soon with an update.
