Introducing Saving the Post-Hysterectomy Woman video course

Body:

Hello all,

If you or your mother, aunt, sister, or friend has had a hysterectomy and is suffering from the many possible post-hysterectomy symptoms, you are at the right place at the right time.

You are about to discover a new video course currently in production from Whole Woman designed specifically and exclusively for the post-hysterectomy woman.

In the early years at Whole Woman, our focus was on women who still had their uterus.

After many years of study, I accurately described female pelvic anatomy, and unmasked the erroneous anatomical perspective put forth by gynecology.

I thought that without the uterus, the post-hysterectomy woman couldn’t benefit much from the Whole Woman work.

I clearly remember the lightening bolt moment when I was struck with the realization, “Oh my gosh, they need this work at least as much as we do!"

Since then, I have deeply researched and correctly described what the post-hysterectomy anatomical issues are and why the Whole Woman work is especially important to this group of women. This is unique information you will find nowhere else.

The fact is that women are never told all the potential complications of hysterectomy before or after the surgery.

At Whole Woman, our many post-hysterectomy customers come to us typically because the pressure and bulging of their prolapsing vagina, and frequently incontinence, are making them miserable.

The challenge for the post-hysterectomy woman is that her uterus, the hub of the pelvic organ support system, is gone. So managing prolapse requires special measures.

That is what I have set out to accomplish.

While the post-hysterectomy woman has unique physical challenges, there is much that can be done to minimize the impact of these challenges on her quality of life.

The goal here is to gain as much control over the pelvic organ support system as possible. Accomplishing this requires specialized education.

The purpose of this letter is to introduce you to my new video training course, Saving the Post-Hysterectomy Woman.

  • With education, you will learn about the changes in your anatomy as a result of your surgery so that you know how to manage your pelvic organ support system for maximum comfort and security.
  • How best to manage your relationship with the medical system for your long term health and safety.
  • You will learn the potential risks associated with hysterectomy and how best to avoid them.
  • You will learn the dangers of hormone replacement therapy so you can make the best decisions for your long term health.
  • You will learn a specialized exercise program tailored to a wide range of physical capability to help you restore stability to your pelvic organ support system.
  • And I will show you several lifestyle techniques that will enrich your quality of life.

Here is what is included in the video course…

Seven core modules:

Module 1 - Pre- and Post-Hysterectomy Pelvic Anatomy - In my experience, few women really understand what anatomic changes are involved in hysterectomy. This is essential understanding to optimize your quality of life.

Module 2 - The Hysterectomy Industry - Hysterectomy is Big Business. The medical establishment is well aware of the many post-hysterectomy health challenges, and stands ready with more drugs and dangerous surgeries as their only solutions. With this module, you’ll be well prepared to make the best decisions for your life and health.

Module 3 - Stabilizing the Post-Hysterectomy Pelvis - The uterus is the hub of the pelvic organ support system. When it is removed, the entire pelvic system is destabilized. Fortunately, with this module, you’ll learn there is much the post-hysterectomy woman can do to stabilize her spine and pelvis.

Module 4 - Post-Hysterectomy Surgical Repairs - Sometimes additional surgery becomes necessary. In this module you will learn which surgeries may be beneficial and which surgeries are clearly dangerous.

Module 5 - The Female Hormone Replacement Industry - This module explores the dark side of “hormone replacement therapy” and you’ll understand why the post-hysterectomy woman is better off without it.

Module 6 - The Whole Woman Post-Hysterectomy Workout - I have designed a safe, yet challenging exercise program specifically for the post-hysterectomy woman. There are both standing (more challenging) and sitting (easier) programs to help women with a wide range of physical capabilities. Included is a description of Whole Woman toileting to facilitate the necessary process of elimination without putting your pelvic organ support system at risk.

Module 7 - Living Well after Hysterectomy - In this module, we will explore the gentle and specialized self-care that can make all the difference in your post-hysterectomy quality of life.

Plus…

Self-Assessment - At the end of each lecture module, there will be a short self-assessment to help you measure your absorption of the knowledge. This is for your personal benefit and the results are not shared with anyone.

21 Day Diary - Research indicates that it takes about 21 days to establish new habits. The 21 Day Diary will help you track your progress and establish the postural and exercise habits necessary to maximize your quality of life.

Bonus Exercise Module - Once you have mastered the exercise program and no longer need my narrative, a bonus exercise module with just quiet music in the background will allow you to peacefully exercise with me.

This is going to be a powerful package with information you will never hear from you doctor.

And I am including a number of additional bonuses:

Bonus video number 1- The Miraculous Self-Healing Vagina, a lecture on the microbiology of the vagina - essential knowledge for the vaginal health of the post-hysterectomy woman.

Bonus Video number 2 - This video will be a new lecture I will be giving soon on the microbiology of the bowel. We cannot have a healthy body without a healthy digestive system.

21 Daily Video Clips by email once you start the Saving the Post-Hysterectomy Woman course to inspire you and keep you on track.

The Whole Woman Conference - if you have thought about attending the Whole Woman Conference on August 12-14th but can’t justify the cost, for the first ten women to take advantage of this offer will have free registration for this year’s conference, a $495 value.

Of course travel, room, and board will still be your responsibility, but you will be my guest for the conference itself. If you can’t make it this year, we haven’t scheduled the 2017 conference yet, so I cannot guarantee this part of the offer would be transferrable to next year.

If you were to come to Albuquerque, New Mexico USA to work with me in person, this training would cost you probably US$2,000 or more with travel. But I think you would agree that if it provided you with control and quality of life for the balance of your days, it would be well worth the cost.

But Saving the Post-Hysterectomy Woman video course costs only a small fraction of that.

The cost of all these valuable materials is only US$197.00 for streaming video and US$217 in DVD format with free shipping.

As I mentioned at the beginning of this letter, Saving the Post-Hysterectomy Woman is currently in production with delivery confidently scheduled for September 15, 2016.

This is a pre-release offer. When available to the general public, the additional videos and conference pass will not be part of the package.

To order, just click the appropriate link below for either streaming video or DVD option.

The Saving the Post-Hysterectomy Woman video course comes with our 60 day guarantee. If you don’t feel it has provided value many times the price, just contact us to arrange for a refund and return if you purchased the DVD version.

This is a limited time offer.

My Whole Woman Practitioner Trainees are arriving for their final training on August 8th. So this offer with the bonus videos will expire then.

Once you have purchased, I’ll be keeping you posted on production progress.

Most of the video has been shot. We have perhaps one more day of video production, the balance of the work will be editing, so I’m confident the course will be completed on or before September 15th.

Please click the appropriate link below right now to take advantage of this offer.

Best wishes,

This is an incredible deal to celebrate the roll-out of this exciting product. There is no one else on the planet with the knowledge and wisdom to help our post-hysterectomy folks help themselves to a much improved quality of life. The Whole Woman work truly is for every woman. Christine and Lanny, we owe you more than words can say.....thank you again and again for everything you've done to lift women up to a new level of freedom and strength. Much love - Surviving

Christine and Lanny,
There are so many women here who have had a hysterectomy that there is a great need for your program!

Thankyou for all you do for women across the world!

Love and Best wishes,
Aussie Soul Sister

Hello, Everyone. :)

I am happy to hear about Christine's new materials for post-hyst women!

A question for those who have had a hysterectomy and purchased the new materials?
Can you give a shout out on how you are using the on-line streaming or DVD.

I have seen Christine's recent email for the great, on sale offer for the regular materials .... but my thoughts tell me that I should concentrate on the recently released post-hyst materials. Especially, as I recall that I learned that the regular exercises in the Yoga DVDs, and firebreathing, may not be safe for those w/o a uterus.

It'd be nice to purchase lots of products, but the budget doesn't allow me to do so. I do have the Yoga 1 DVD, but I've been worried about using it. The down on all fours and rotating your hips seems like it would feel wonderful .... but, I'm afraid to try it and some other positions --- how is it working for post-hyst people?

* * *

[background - nearing 70; cystocele since April 2015; live on 3 acres --- with all chores including bending, pulling, hauling, riding mower, chopping firewood; plus beloved dogs that can pull and shift direction at a moment's notice when out walking). In December 2015, I had about 3 weeks where my bladder was back up above the bones (yeah; a happy time) .... but, I went to an exam with a nurse specialist (I needed an exam to be able to get a prescription for the one medication that is required for life). She refused to exam me in the standing position and during the exam of my vaginal area .... she went Gung-ho on punching around inside ... I felt like a boxing ball .... and I inhaled sharply a few times; said "oh" a few times whilst she was punching around, until I said "OH MY! that's a bit much" ... she replied, "but I can't find it". I told her it was definitely in existence and so she quit. Since then, it does not stay up higher for very long, and settles almost to underwear as the hours pass by (sometimes shortly after rising; sometimes in the afternoon).

I don't believe the post-hyst course has been released yet. But if you don't have any materials that clearly explain WW posture and principles, you do need this. I'd suggest for now, the Fundamentals set which is very inexpensive, and covers posture and toileting:

When I tried to order the P H course I got the message that the page couldn't be found. Also have tried to find in in the 'store' - but doesn't seem to be available there either. ???

Hi all,

Apologies for confusion about what happened to the post-hysterectomy course. There is a story behind this.

A number of years ago, Christine and I took a trip back east to shoot some interviews. One was Nora Coffey at the HERS Foundation, who has been an anti-hysterectomy advocate for decades and a lone voice in the wilderness prior to Whole Woman. You can watch the interview in the resources section of the WW site.

The agreement we made with Nora was that she had the right to approve any further use of the interview footage. As we put the post-hysterectomy course together, we wove segments of her interview throughout. I sent her draft videos of the first five modules for her approval and her response was very positive, even to the point of suggesting some collaboration on some projects she is thinking about.

We sent the last two modules when they were complete. Her response suddenly flipped 180 degrees and she responded that while the Whole Woman work "may" help women with prolapse, she didn't "think" it would help post-hysterectomy women and we were not to use her footage. To complicate matters, apparently, Nora's daughter is very ill with breast cancer, so responding to our questions about what she has issues with have not been at the top of her priority list. So we've had to pull the program off the market.

To say this has been an unfortunate development for us and our customers is an understatement. We spent the better part of a year working on this project. While it is a powerful program, rebuilding it from the ground up without Nora's interview was just not on our plan for the coming year with the other projects that are calling for attention. And until Nora's daughter's situation resolves one way or the other, we don't expect to get any further dialogue with her. So the project is in limbo.

We feel very badly for the women whose expectations we raised with this roll out, but our hands are tied until we know how and if the situation with Nora will resolve.

So our apologies for leaving everyone hanging, but that's the story behind the mysterious disappearance of the Saving the Post-Hysterectomy Woman course.

We'all keep you posted if anything changes.

All the best,
Lanny

The basic on-line course for prolapse is very comprehensive; the information here is relevant to EVERY woman, and Module 4 contains a great segment specifically for post-hysterectomy; I would suggest you watch all the way through first.
