Proper posture for sitting at a desk

Body:

Hello Ladies -

I know this topic has been presented many times before, and I have done a search and found what's seems to be contradictory information. I am hoping someone can clear this up for me. I sit at a desk nearly eight hours a day staring at a computer. I want to make I am using the best posture to manage my POP symptoms. Can someone provide me the link where I would find this info or perhaps advise which of Christine's videos best describes correct posture for sitting at a desk?

Many thanks,
Marric

Here is just one of the many chair sitting threads:

Scroll down to Louise's response, it's a good one.
You can find much discussion on sitting by putting some key words in the search box.

hi marric,

christine has me sitting on a piano bench. no back support at all. have to pull up into whole woman (or whole man in my case) posture. the main thing is to not delegate supporting your upper body to your chair. hope this helps. standing a few minutes each hour helps too.
