When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Hi L.lady and welcome,
Hi L.lady and welcome,
Your doctor is probably right on this occasion. Prolapse doesn't generally cause pain; there can be some aching, pulling, burning, and bulgy sensations, but not severe pain.
Did your doctor have any idea what is causing the pain you are having?

Hi L.lady,
Hi L.lady,
I too have that pain on occasion. It's also after I've had a large bowel movement. It typically stays all day and into the night and will get better overnight. I have not had any luck being diagnosed with anything. It seems to me that most don't know where to put you if you don't fall into a neat rectocele, cystocele, uterine prolapse box. I've been to 2 gynecologist, a physiotherapist, and a gastroenterologist. None of them could figure out why I had the pain after bowel movements and also why I have a blockage during bowel movements.
I'm sorry I can't give you any advice, but I wanted you to know you are not alone.
I've asked on this site a few times that Christine try to direct some tips or help to those of us who are having these issues with blocked stool and pain after bowel movements, but I have not gotten a response. Maybe you will have better luck.

Oh, I should mention that I
Oh, I should mention that I do have a rectocele and cystocele, as well as some uterine prolapse. I just know I have more going on than that as my symptoms don't fall in line with any of those conditions, and that is what no one seems to be able to diagnose.

This forum isn't really here for purposes of consulting with Christine. She does come on occasionally and she has written from time to time about this general problem - maybe you might want to sign on and click on her user name and track some of the threads to which she has contributed. - Surviving

Hello Surviving60. Thanks for your response.
I'm not looking to consult with Christine on this forum, but I have seen her comment on others posts and hoped she might comment on this in particular. It seems there are a lot of us ladies with problems evacuating that don't get the benefit from just posture, jiggling and fire breathing.
I have read through her posts searching for more answers.

Hi mommywithprolapse,
Hi mommywithprolapse,
If you have read everything you can find on the subject and still not finding a satisfactory answer, the best next step would be to book a consult with Christine. She would be able to give you the personal time, and may have some additional insight that would help you in your particular situation.
