When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Hi Irishpiano
I quite understand your frustration but u have come to the right place for help. There is much info here and videos too. I am 66 and have been so frustrated with prolapse which I blame myself for, however the info we need is hard to find but it is here! Surgery has proved of little long term help and can be positively harmful , from experiences shared here . Once surgery is done it cannot be undone! Christines answer is based on correct posture and does work really well although takes time and practice to have effect,it has saved me. The infection u have is the first thing to deal with and someone will advize u better than me. I can only say that a pessary is not helpful as it forces openings where there should not be any! I use alittle raw organic honey twice a day directly ,high into the vagina and this creates the right flora for healthy environment there, amazing really! Also I use coconut oil for any infections and it is very healing. I would not know if those tips would get rid of your current infection , u made need something stronger initially.Keep away from any perfumes, soaps, bath additives etc . Have a healthy diet and eat live yoghurt or similar. Be kind to yourself and try to walk a good bit every day.Read all u can on this site and look in the store section. Good luck,u can live happily with the prolapse , there is a lot of support here! Sending hugs ((( )))

vaginal infection
Hi Irishpiano,
I agree with everhopeful that it is best to treat vaginal infections naturally. I also highly recommend the inexpensive lecture video, The Miraculous Self-Healing Vagina, which is chock-full of information on this very subject, including info on metronidazole.
It infuriates me that these antibiotics continue to be prescribed, which create a lot of harm and do nothing to restore true health to the body.
Wishing you well,
Christine

Gracious thanks
Thank you for the hugs and encouragement. Today I feel a bit more determined to improve my health through this website and new friends. I walked through the store (for exercise) and stock up on more probiotics.
I avoid the fragrance soaps, etc., and I've taken a few salt baths to help remove the nasty odor. It's working. Before the pessary episode I was using a honey product to help with dryness. Your comments help me know I'm headed in the right direction.
Thank you so much for your support. I look forward to encouraging others someday.

Thank you for that suggestion of the video. I fell asleep last night with the serious consideration of a consultation with you. I am writing down questions first. I will order the video tonight.
Also. I feel I should possibly write a review of the doctor I saw. I hope to turn my negative experience into a positive for others by sharing this website.

Hi Irishpiano
Hello
I tried the pessary about 5 different times, it was helping me at first, then I started getting infections.
I went to the dr, and got treated, then in a foe days I would get another infection , so this went on for about a year. Then I decided to take it out and see what happened . sure enough the infection went away and I have not had another one in the last 6 months.so I got into this program , now I take long walks everyday. and I breath through the belly. I was surprised that my prolapse got much better.
Thank God ,I got ride of that pessary.
