Starting point

Body:

I went to the dr last week after feeling like something in my body had let loose and felt confident I was experiencing a prolapse of some sort. She said my cervix and uterus were actually very high, and that if I suspected a Rectocele, that they are very difficult to fix. She thinks I likely strained my round ligaments and said that it can often result in a similar sensation. The time I feel it the most is if I need to have a bowel movement, it seems there is a pocket that pushes into my vagina, which is very annoying and makes me think it's more than pulled ligaments. I am wondering if there are any of the DVDs or exercises that are better suited for rectocele than others. I'm sure all are beneficial, but am wondering if anyone has thoughts. I just joined a new gym last month, they seem confident they can help me work around the issue, but I'm still nervous about going back.

Rectocele isn't "fixed" by anything that your doctor can do. It is managed, quite easily, through WW posture and tools. There are no special DVD's specific to rectocele.

I'd watch what you do in the gym, until you have learned how to distinguish between healthy and dangerous moves and positions. It's easy eventually, and you can do most anything you want. Didn't hear back from you after responding to your original post, so here it is. Not necessary to start a whole new discussion thread each time; it's easier to follow things if you don't.
