Which DVDs?

Body:

Hi I am 41, have anterocele and rectocele (Grade1-2), one daughter and will be trying again after a year of losses to conceive a sibling.

I piled on the pounds due to the pregnancies and losses and have significantly less flexibility/strength/fitness than I used to - although I am now feeling more positive and am walking daily, doing the Yoga Second wheel DVD and supplementing it with the Childbearing Years workout and the Save your Hips (I have had a painful left hip/sacroiliac joint for around 10 years).

I want to keep the interest going so was wondering if there are any other DVDs people can recommend for me? Last time I was pregnant I continued the Second wheel but omitted the pronounced back extension and the stomach rolling as I wasn't sure if I should be doing them whilst pregnant. I want to get my body in shape before trying to conceive but don't have too long as I've been told the clock is ticking....

Many thanks

Hi NP - anything that you don't already have, would be great for you now. Yoga 1 and 3, Goddess Belly, and of course, First Aid for Prolapse (which everyone should have!). It sounds like you are on a really good track. Posture walking is terrific for both mind and body. You are probably at the point with posture where you can gauge pretty well for yourself, what's safe and what isn't. I have supplemented my own workouts with one or two videos I used years ago, where I have made numerous adjustments to make them prolapse friendly. - Surviving

Hello.

I was just diagnosed with stage 2-3 bladder prolapse. Doc discussed options. I do not want surgery, I've read too many horror stories, plus I don't think it's severe enough. My doc would not prescribe PT, he indicated pt was more for incontenance issues. I'm wondering where I should start here? What dvds should I start with. Glad I found this site! Thank you
