MS and Pelvic orgam prolapse

Body:

Hello everybody,
I wanted to share what has been going on with me. I am 61 years old with MS. I have been dealing with this for 7 years. The past three years I have developed a rectocele. I accidently came across the Whole Woman Web site. Bought the Book/DVD's and am so grateful. The posture, fire breath have already made me more comfortable (that is after only two days of starting this program.)
The exercises and dance are a little difficult since my body is off balance and legs are rigid--however if I move in with ease I can at least attempt the moves. Slow but sure I can do this and am very excited about all of this!!! So a HUGE HUG and THANKS to Christine and to all the Women in this Forum.
We can do this!!!!

Hi JJ and welcome to the forum. What a wonderful post! So glad this is working for you. Once you understand the posture principles, you can modify most any move to make it easier if you need to, without compromising the posture. Do you have any of the Yoga series? I think you would enjoy these, not just for the variety.....the content would lend itself well to some of your issues. So important with MS to keep moving! We are dealing with this in our family as well. A message to all....we can do this, let nothing stand in our way, no excuses ladies! Hugs to you JJ - Surviving
