SINCE I HAVE BEEN DOING THE WW POSTURE, ALONG WITH YOGA, I AM FEELING BETTER (SOME DAYS BUT NOT ALL).
IS THERE ANY YOGA POSES THAT I SHOULD OR SHOULD NOT DO UNTIL I GET CHRISTINE'S YOGA VIDEO?. I HAVE BEEN USING THE WW BOOK AND EXERCISE VIDEO SINCE MAY. THANK YOU, I AM SO GLAD I FOUND THIS SITE
