Posture clarification


I am working on my posture constantly and seeing progress. It seems like it goes slow as I get better as it goes and finally have a curve. My question is about weight on the feet. I am finding I place my weight almost entirely in the heel. With the ww posture, where do we place our weight! Evenly, more toward the balls of the feet, or at the heel? I'm finding leaning more towards the balls of my feet feels better but my posture is far from perfect and I want to make sure I am doing this correctly.

I don't know which video or materials you have, but Christine does describe this very well. The weight is distributed evenly between the big toe, the little toe, and the heel of each foot. One way to get a really good grasp of all the elements of posture is to revisit her explanation as many times as you need to until you get it all down in your head.

I have the FAFP and posture/toileting videis. I will take a look.
