When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

RE: just discovered possible prolapse
Welcome, Moselle,
Yes, prolapse is extremely common. With proper posture and the other lifestyle changes I outline in my book you will be able to see significant improvement. It might not completely reverse, but the most marvelous thing about the female body is this ability to draw these organs back inside to a point of satisfactory comfort once we pull the muscles and ligaments of the whole body into place. This is far superior to all the devastating surgeries that cannot return us to health. Begin the work!
Wishing you well,
Christine

WOW! My sister is also Moselle.
Welcome! Read, read and read. It works. I am in the process of attempting to lose a little weight and a mere five pounds seemed to have made even more of a difference. Besides - I feel better knowing that I am "walking tall." Hopefully surgery will never be something I have to entertain for these "hernias."

Sybille,
I am 47. I wonder if it is because I have a tipped uterus. Anyway, the doctors always have mentioned it when I have gone in for physicals. I'm definitely not overweight. Tall and slender all my life. High fashion model type. But I did notice today that when I sit it's not the posture Chistine is suggesting. So need to change that. Your words are hopeful. Thank you.

Thank you for responding to my message so quickly. I appreciate your support. Yes, it is like having a hernia. I noticed that today I got it around 1 or 2 in the afternoon. It just noticed having prolapse a day ago. Such a shock. I am not overweight and never have smoked or not on drugs or anything. I definitely need to read the book and see what changes I need to do. I already have an appointment scheduled with a doctor for a physical (made it before I noticed having a prolapse). But since it is my body I make the final decisions and I'm not going to let a doctor intimidate me to have unneccessay surgery.

RE: just discovered possible prolapse
Hi Moselle (call my sister, "Mosie.")
Re a tipped uterus - in some medical profession, that is a Grade I prolapse. (Have had that for years) Makes sense as the uterus is setting up to head south. It should be lying over the pubic bone, my bladder with it. With the new way of walking and sitting, the global prolapses are "stuck" over the pubic bone. I know they are stuck because I tested with a little push and there was no "coming out" feeling. I also find that tightening those "butt" muscles help keep things "together." At night, I lay flat on my back and engage in the Mayan massage, which basically is pressing in on the lower abdomen directly above the pubic bone and gently push up. Three areas, lower left, middle and right. I can literally feel my insides shifting and me feeling I am doing the right thing. After sleeping on my tummy to further insure over the pubic bone, I start the day feeling pretty much normal. If I am engaged in really physical work, I do wear a fembrace to protect all this work I have been doing in the last few months.
If anything - standing tall allows one to appear as if a new figure is in the works. I am one who has rounded shoulders and use to walk stooped over. I guess I didn't want to show anyone I was "blossoming" a chest when a teenager. Very self-conscious which showed in my posture. Now I am different. I reached a cross road in my life where my mental outlook, physical and spiritual well being have united, presenting to the onlooker the person I am. In other words, I have come to learn to like me. Despite the universal prolapses, I feel I am no different than someone talking about their hernias. I guess abdominal hernias and groin hernias are more acceptable. One of these days, our's will also be.

Sybille,
What is a fembrace? Do I get that from a doctor? How does one prevent infections? I saw one post suggesting a certain natural product. (Waterfall something?)

Hi Moselle"
Fembrace is a"brace" like a girdle of sorts and really makes anyone with prolapse feel quite comfortable. Try online at fembrace.com. I think you will find it quite interesting though spendy.
Perhaps sleeing on your side with the upper knee bent may be more comfortable. Just keep walking the posture and sitting as such and pretty soon things will "fall" into place as they should.
I would be curious to see what your doctor's appointment reveals. Please share.
