New here; cystocele; up all night from it feeling hopeless

Body:

I'm new here and feeling desperate. I'm so exhausted. I get up 10-20 times a night to dribble. Its like the constant feeling of urgency that comes with a UTI Doc ruled out UTI but confirmed cystocele. Has this happened to anyone else -- the total disruption of sleep? Is there hope for a solution?
I don't see how this program will solve my nighttime problem, esp in short term. But I'm trying to keep an open mind. Have decided to purchase the program.
I'm just so so exhausted. According to my hubby it's affecting my cognitive abilities too. I definitely feel hopeless and depressed.
Any ideas for short term relief while I begin to learn about what seems to be more of a long term solution? I've GOT to get some sleep.

Hi and welcome Red Desert Mama. I had the same problem. First you should learn to completely empty your bladder by jiggling first and using good toileting posture, and even getting down on your hands and knees in the shower to pee before going to bed. Jiggle before and after going to the toilet. And as well, you should eliminate bladder-irritating foods and beverages such as coffee, soft drinks, beer, citrus and the like. You will have to experiment to find out what helps you and what you can add back in to your diet. The overarching advice for all of us is to work on the WW posture all day every day, and little by little you'll see improvement.
