sloshing organs

When I was recently postpartum I had a feeling like an organ was sloshing around in my upper belly whenever I ran. That feeling only went away several months postpartum. I was wondering what exactly this phenomenon is and if there's anything that we can do to make it go away quicker?

I was hoping that some of our more recent PP moms might comment on this.

If you are finding this uncomfortable, perhaps your body is telling you to stick with something a bit lower-impact for those first few months. And if you are running, make sure it's the WW way!

I cannot speak from experience; in my case, running during those early weeks of healing would have never entered my mind. But younger, very fit new moms who are well-versed in WW principles and practices, might have a different perspective. - Surviving
