Got the book

I got the book and it is well worth the money and I just skimmed through it. From the pics I saw in there, I think I have the uterine prolapse. I see the doctor this friday. But I also started using a the sea sponges and I like them. All new to me. And forcing myself to sit up and not slouch and let my tummy poke out some. I love it. Sucking it in all my life is such a pain and stupid. Especially since I am slender and don't have much to stick out. Thank you so much. I am hoping to get my uterus back up to where it belongs.

The work never ends, but gets more creative and gratifying with each year. As far as the belly goes...when we are in correct posture, it just takes care of itself. If we are eating well and moving our body a lot, we don't have to worry about what our stomach is doing, as it just seems to mould itself into the right size and shape on its own.

I'm so glad to hear the joy and determination in your voice.
