Antiposture and Perenial pain

Body:

Hi everybody,

I am so frustrated with myself: I have mastered the "antiposture". I am amazed at the number of times I find myself correcting my posture. My knees are locked, my belly tucked, my back slouched and my shoulders raised! Unbelievable! Anyway, I am trying, though.... Grrrr...

Well, the main reason I am here is because I wanted to ask a question. I have been feeling this pain today. The best way I can describe it is my perinium feels too stretched. When I contract my pelvic muscles some (pulling up the perinium), the pain goes away. If I contract too strongly, the pain appears again. I think I felt this after birth (because of stitches), but I gave birth 1.5 yrs ago and have never felt this since then. Does anybody have any idea what this could mean? It is not like it is very painful -- it is more like a discomfort or an unpleasant feeling.
