What exercise is safe?

Hi,
I have been labeled with 5 prolapses. What exercise will not put added stress on the pelvic organs? If weight lifting how much is too much? What abdominal ex. if any to strengthen the muscles without pushing down on the bladder and other pelvic organs is okay? I know swimming is good but with my menapausal dry fragile hair it is not necessarily the best.Thanks
