When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

while you are in the tub you "take on water" when you stand up out it comes. Sorry you were sick- it is awful isn't it

Incontinence
I've had the wet myself scenario when throwing up. Albeit before I had prolapses but when I was just suffering with the stress inconintence throwing up put enourmous amounts of pressure on the bladder and it was inevitable.
As alemama suggested it may be bathwater that is coming out after your bath. With prolapses I guess our va-j-j's are more open and water collects up there!

The Bane of my Life.
This to me is the truly humiliating symptom.
The rest I find I can bear fairly well. Sigh.
But I realize I'm blessed with merely a cystocele.
Not a rectocele.

P.s. - I'm a seamstress/cloth maven and
I am close to creating some snap in "comforts",
I don't like the financial/land-fill aspects of the
throw-away products.
I'll keep you posted.

Makes sense..
About water becoming trapped up there during a bath. It never happened before my prolapses...but I guess our vaginas are able to suck things up, huh? I don't mind it too much, the bath water thing. If I'm at a pool, I'm sure people will think its just water from my bathing suit.
I definitely get more incontinent when sick, I think my body is just too week to hold it in now. And around AF.
I think making a product that we don't have to throw away would be a fantastic idea.
