When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Yeah - no kidding
You guys have been writing up a storm ! I'm so tired these days I'm kind of flat-line by the time
I get here. But I recently saw the movie "What the Bleep do we Know !?" and I highly recommend it.
It has a similar concept as "the Secret". Quantum Physics and the power of positive thought
and perception. We "CREATE" our reality...
"What the Bleep.." goes into the cellular level of how our emotions condition
the cells to make more receptors for prevailing emotions. A concept I found just a
bit disturbing after my past year of extreme grief and anger... Very motivating that's for sure.
Check it out, it made quite a bit of sense to me. I would love to hear your thoughts.

I still
I still have an unreasonable fear of death... But maybe as I age it will lessen as it is not as bad as it was when I was younger - So maybe...
Maybe this is cos of being a control freak - And that is out of my control - Maybe thats why things like this get to me? lol
Also - My mother also has what I have (Same disability) - Her POP never 'exited' Her main problem was rectocele but she has had constipation issues her whole life which I believe has been the main contributor to this...
And my disability is not Me - So Posture is what I am doing, and hopefully over time I will win the battle :-)
Only time will tell on that one. But I also believe that there may be a way to strengthen systems that may be in need of help. That may be a way to go to give me a focus lol
I had the POP before and got it back to relatively normal, and my disability is better in alot of ways not worse. So... Lets hope this is just a bad patch - Alot of people who have what I have do not go on to be totally dependant - My mother isn't though she is in a bad way - Arthritis is what has got her not this. They said she would be in a wheelchair by the time she is 50... Well she got to ten plus years past that and is only in one when out and about cos of the Arthritis in her back so I say to myself ''What to THEY know'' :-)
I will be seeing what roads this new chapter of ME takes me on :-)
I have noticed that Multivitimins make me feel better a bit - But I continually forget to take them :-( (Gonna put note on bathroom mirror methinks) Eating properly helps - But I can forget that also (Hey no idea why I am fat and I canmiss a meal without even noticing lol) Drinking - Well if it wasn't for these new minute maid apple and mango drinks - I could easily forget to drink totally (Bar at dinner when its a habit to have a meal and a drink) I rarely if ever feel thirst. And I know that is bad...
So it's prolly all my fault (Usually is lol)
