When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

FAB!
Great news Sue that you found something to help. I will have to give them another go. I to wonder about the safety of using them on bad days when not on a period. Somebody needs to invent something similar to a tampon that we can just taken in and out as we need to that is completely safe and that will not stretch everything. The only problem with having something like that in silicone is that is would probably just slip out once wet. Hmmmm

tampons
my guess is that they say not to use when not menstruating as a C.Y.A. move. when menstruating, you will remember to change it frequently, as it will leak otherwise. If not menstruating, you might forget about it and leave it in (risking that nasty TSS thing). so just remember to change it every couple of hours, and maybe use some extra lub once in a while so you don't dry out
so glad you found something that works

Interesting .... I am just reading up on it. Thanks for the link. I don't suffer with stress incontinence anymore but it could help with holding the bladder and bowel up in their place. It does say it is petite and discreet so hopefully would not stretch anything.
PS. Just checked the online store and due to high demand it is sold out temporarily. They are expecting stock back in by the end of February.
It does say it "restores the natural anatomical position of the bladder".

i like the name
My PT said to go ahead and use while doing sports. For me that is just walking but fast and for long periods of time. The tampon gives me much support and much relief in that I feel like my old self if only for awhile.
