When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Hi and welcome
I would say you might get other prolapses - That doesnt mean they will just come out of nowhere - They could already be there but not noticeable as yet (I started with one and now have every one there is lol)
Exercise in the posture is great...
Be careful on your home gym with anything that might use internal pressures around the abdomen - It is a game of test it and see...
Basically - its gooooooood...
Basically it is a try it and see how it feels game... I would try it and if it feels bad - try something else...
There are other ways to exercise so you get the aerobic benefit without the jarring banging bit of it... (Range of motion etc)
Baically have fun and test out what works for you :-)

Hello again Darcy,
Hello again Darcy, unfortunately when one prolapse appears there is a probability that another will follow. I started with a uterine prolapse but now also have a cystocele and rectocele and believe me it has been really hard to come to terms with.
Unfortunately there is no cure for prolapse but we are all here learning to live well with them. Some ladies have found their prolapses have reversed to a degree and as you are only 6 months post partum you have a lot of healing to do yet and your prolapse may very well improve a great deal. I would be careful about the exercise and make sure you are not doing anything jarring or hard on your pelvic area. When you get your copy of Christine's book you will understand what is happening better and you can then judge for yourself which exercises are best for you.
Be careful with the pessaries, I don't want to put you off but some ladies have found a new onset rectocele when using one as they can push into the back wall and I agree that wearing one everyday may not be necessary as symptoms can vary from day to day and you may not need it everyday.
Read up on the posture in the FAQ's section and start using that today. Its takes a bit of getting used to but hang in there.

Hi Darcy,
The forum tends to be quite quiet at the weekends so I am sure there will more of us around Monday.
Have a lovely weekend.
