When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

Baton weight
I still have the tube mine was sent to me in - And it says on it 2 pounds weight - So I would assume the Baton itself is a little under 2lb as this would have included the packaging for the postage weight...
I am sure someone will know it's exact weight though
Sometimes you are holding someone else's heart whithin your hands. You can drop that heart & bruise it. You can squash that heart & hurt it. Or you can stomp on it & totally annihalate it. You stomp on that heart or bruise it. It can forever be changed.

straddle pose
Hi Linda,
I haven't looked at the dvd in a hundred years - poor excuse, sorry! But if it's in the workout section of the video, yes - nutate your pelvis forward while pulling up your pelvic diaphragm (which basically pulls up on its own) and keeping all other aspects of the upper body posture. The new yoga consists of a whole series of these - but with the added extraordinary power of the breath.
The batons should've been here by now!

new yoga
Christine,
You mentioned "the new yoga", is this going to be on your new DVD...i hope!
Glad you are incorporating the breath, it becomes natural in a short time.
i welcome any new adjusted yoga poses you can give us besides the one's already
on this site. My yoga/excercise is a very spiritual time for me.
i'd like to share one of my peaceful CD's that i play quietly sometimes during
my excercises (i also use the CD from your book). It's called "Rise" by
Anoushka Shankar (Ravi's daughter). i burned a copy WITHOUT the 2nd and 3rd
songs which are not so "peaceful"!
Thanks for the help with the chair straddle pose, it didn't feel right just
pushing straight down without nutation.
Can't wait for that baton and DVD!
