Feeling overwhelmed and anxious?

Body:

Hi Everyone

I was trawling a womens health centre website today and came across this lovely grounding list, http://www.whs.org.au/pdf/GROUNDING%20LIST.pdf . It is a list of very practical and achievable things you can do when it all gets too much. I am thinking here of Judy's menopausal 'boxcutter days', but I am sure there are many other applications.

I would like to paste the text here as well, so you know you can find it easily, but it has a copyright note at the bottom, so I suggest that you just go to the site and save it on your own hard drive or print it out and stick it on the fridge or whatever you do with these little things.

Cheers

Louise

Wish I could read it but the PDF won't open for me

Sometimes you are holding someone else's heart whithin your hands. You can drop that heart & bruise it. You can squash that heart & hurt it. Or you can stomp on it & totally annihalate it. You stomp on that heart or bruise it. It can forever be changed.

Hi Sue

Yeah, I agree. Try going to the homepage, http://www.whs.org.au/ , and scroll down to the bottom of the page to Information Library. It is in that group of links. That should work.

Sounds like a great day you had in the car!

Cheers
