When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

look for
how do I describe it and does it really work. that is the topic title.
Man I can't say enough about this exercise.
reading back in the old thread you can see where I complain that it isn't making my rectocele better- all I can think of now is how silly that is. In the early days I would have done anything anything anything if you told me it would get rid of the cystocele. Well it is gone. Cervix is high. and I do the exercise many times a day-
my rectocele is about the same- it gets better than ever and stays that way for a while and then I have a bad day (which I am starting to wonder if that doesn't have something to do with lubrication since reading the recent talks here) and I get worried and then back to good days.
I love the exercise. At first I was uncomfortable b/c the cystocele wasn't there to support the rectocele (natures pessary) but now I don't feel that at all. Honestly the improvement has been so gradual I hardly notice how much better I feel- but when I think back to the size of my rectocele it is smaller now- still there- but smaller- so I guess the facial tear and scar tissue is still there but maybe the muscles are just holding back more of the intestine? That is my current theory- The tear in the facia and the scar tissue are never going away but maybe if I can get the muscles very strong I can hold back that small section of intestine that is pushing into the tear. and I know the muscles are torn apart- but maybe they will grow back together if they can reach each other.
but I guess to answer your questions- ya I try to do the rolls- I can go one way but not the other- it's like my brain is just dumb the one way. and this is the only way I kegal now. I am avoiding the exercise when I ovulte and menstruate.
Hey. anyone want to tell me if I shouldn't do this when I get pregnant? I know I am going to want to- especially in the early days- but I am guessing it would not be a good idea.

The Exercise
Alemama,
I watched the exercise movie when it came out and was very impressed and tried it many times. Does the exercise have to be vertical? Can it be horizontal? I can roll my stomach like a wave up and down my body, but I can't seem to go side to side. Any suggestions?

Thank you Alemama
That wasn't the exercise I was thinking of, but I was so glad to read back over those old posts. I couldn't do it at the time you first talked about it, but I'm sure going to try it again. Your enthusiasm is infectious. :-)
I'm not sure now where I got the idea for what I'm doing. I was sure it was from you. Oh, well, that's what I get for being so forgetful. Thanks sweet girl, Kit
