When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

I don't know
I haven't had to take those meds- I usually saline the heck out of my nose. All day long. As much as I can take- until I feel better. I can not imagine what it would be like to have severe allergies. I might suggest drinking a ton of water if you are going to take a decongestant or antihistamine. I bet if you load up on vitamin C it would help with the constipation too. Hope you feel better soon.

I have pretty severe allergy
I have pretty severe allergy (and am prone to constipation). I used to take Claritin, now I take Loratadine. It works for me without any side effects (or worsening the constipation). It helps me with watery eyes, nose, itching, sneezing.

problem with allergy meds also
Just wanted to quickly say, although not constipated as a rule, I have a worse time of allergy this past week & had to take more meds. I noticed problem with stools & thought it related. From my checking the site,I think that is the cause,as nothing else has changed. It makes sense because it is a drying agent. Ihave problem with hard sneezing, that doese not stop.I will need to be more aware of avoiding attacks and frequent use of meds. Always good to hear others having same issues, not that it is good , but gives validity to experience. thanks for being here. Pat

Claritin D
I have IBS-C. I've had no problems taking Claritin D. My IBS-C is no better or worse because of it. As always, watch your diet and drink plenty of fluids.

Rosmarinic Acid and Netti Pot
I don't know if you've tried these or not, but I think they definitely help. The Rosmarinic Acid is made from the Rosemary Plant and just put 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt into warm water into the netti pot.
