Hi Rectocele Hell

You have had a rough time. Most of the women on this site have not had surgery and prefer to manage prolapsed pelvic organs with posture, diet, clothing changes, lifestyle changes and appropriate exercise. If you go to www.wholewoman.com , the FAQ's contain summaries of the main techniques we use. These techniques were designed for woman with intact pelvic organs but you might find some useful information anyway. There are no guarantees though, that any of it will work for you, as your pelvic area has been changed considerably by the surgery you have already had.

There are a number of other sites with community forums for women who have had, or are contemplating surgery. Many of these women have had multiple surgeries and may be able to help you decide which way to go.

If you do decide to stick around you can search these Forums with the Search box at left, using appropriate keywords. There is a wealth of information on these Forums, both factual and opinion. You can learn a lot about your body just from reading the posts.

Best of luck.

Louise
