Heavy physical work and POP's OK

Body:

Hi All

I have just spent about 9 hours over the last few days removing rusted 3 inch nails from old, 4" x 2" recycled hardwood timber. This was really hard work, raising quite a sweat while I battled the effects of age on timber, steel nails and my body. Lots of pushing and shoving, swearing and heaving. POPs stayed in place really well, and are not showing signs of misadventure. I put it down to working close to ground level, attending to posture, bending knees while standing, or else semi-squatting while I worked with pincers, hammer, wrecking bar and CRC (de-watering fluid). I worked slowly and purposefully, mindful of intraabdominal pressure and what it was doing.

Hey, I can hardly believe how good I feel!

Louise,

I know what you mean about hard work and feeling good. These last ten weeks have been brutal. Back to school tomorrow for a rest!

Congrats on the hard work and the care of the prolapse. You're a trooper!
