When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

RE: excersice
hi, i noticed that i had a cystocele about mid april. which i of course freaked out about. i started driving everywhere i had to go, which for me is unusual because i live in a small town and am usually the one who walks everywhere. after finding this website i realize that living life with prolapse is really no different to living life without (well maybe a little!). i have started walking again to my kids preschool, taking my dogs out regularly everything i was doing before i was aware of the prolapse. i am taking care as not to lift some of the things i was before, like water softener salt or those huge drinking water jugs! i am definately trying to utilize the lumbar curve as defined in the download and described in many messages. i'm not sure what the outcome will be for me. i am waiting for the exercise video and book so i can start doing more (other than the posture). i don't feel as terrible as i did about a month ago but some of that is awareness, reality, this website and hopefully 'the posture'. you will find support from reading through these messages and from any replies you may receive. take care, mel

brndajo Thanks Christine for all the info - things I have never heard of! This is all very new to me. I was offended at first because I am 46, 130lbs and felt like I had tried to always take care of myself. I still really dont know what causes a bladder to fall, but maybe its different for everyone? The gyn said someting about my rectal muscles and of course I was upset because he said I needed to see urologist and asked what he said about my rectal muscles again and still only got that they might be stretched? I have had 3 stomach episodes that were severe enough to go to ER in last 2 years. They always thought it was a kidney stone cause trace of blood in my urine and severe pain in lower left abdomen and left side in lower back, Then some said IBS. Have you heard of anything like this. I would get hot and cold, vomit, it almost felt like labor last time.

Dear brndajo,
I have found the "position for empting the bladder" on page 165 in Christine's book very helpful. You can actually get into this position while seated on the toilet by putting your hands on the floor then swinging your feet back so your knees are on the floor or at least straight down from your hips if they can't touch the floor. This position seems to push your cystocele back closer to where it belongs and you are able to empty your bladder. If you peek before and after you should see a dramatic improvement and the bulge will be in a retracted position. And considerably deflated as it is no longer full of urine. Has anyone else tried this?

Hi Mare, I want to post here so everyone can see it. Yes, I also have tried the position to empty my bladder and it really works. You will be surprised how much more you can "pee". And I try to do it once a day. Maybe more if I am going to be away from home for awhile. Talk to you another time, I'm out the door to take care of Mom. Nancy

Thank you very much, ladies, for sharing your creative solutions. I'll produce a special "tips" category with the change-over...sorry it's taking so long, but this is a HUGE project. You women are wonderful and I couldn't do it without you. :-)Christine

I can't get this to post right after your message, Brndajo...sorry...This does sound like classic symptoms of stones...hopefully you can find a good naturopathic doctor to help you, as diet plays a large part in the formation of certain types. Hope you're drinking plenty of pure water!

Yes, I've tried that too--I'm not inclined to purchase things I might not really need so it made sense to try the same position you described. It really does make a difference!
I love all this sharing. We're all learning so much from each other!
