When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

woo-hoo!
Sue, this is wonderful news. I know you do your share of worrying, so it must feel like you have been literally freed after being held captive by the horrible possibilities of these procedures and tests. It is the best possible outcome all round. Makes POP seem pretty everyday and simple, doesn't it?
This could have happened to any of us.
Have you read Women's Bodies Women's Wisdom by Dr Christiane Northrup? She talks about how women think and feel with our whole bodies. Changes in attitude can make a lifesaving difference between us getting sick and recovering, living or dying. It is a real challenge to read because it is about 6cm thick; difficult to read in bed. It has a long Further Reading section at the back, but unfortunately no reference list.
Cheers

Louise...
I have re-read he letter 100 imes to make sure it is real. It is fabulous news :-D I feel so relieved! It has been a very long 6months and a longedr few weeks waiting for the results - lol. I think I will worry in another 6 months when the next test is due - But as the next 9.5 years go on - Maybe I will worry less.
This could happen to anyone - And I wanted to let everyone know after the fact that all was well. - lol - It definitely put my POP worried into the background for a while - Maybe that is not a bad thing - Having something else to worry about - lol - POP is not the be all of life - It is just a lil annoyance in the middle maybe? lol
No I have not heard of that book - Sounds interesting (I bought the other book we talked about a while ago the Germaine Greer one - And I havent had the chance to read even a page! eeps) Been busy girl these past few months - And that is also a good thing - It stops you tinking *I have a grade 3 POP my life ends here - It doesn't - You get used to it (My hardest challenge was accepting it, as you know) Then you move on with it and life stops for no woman... I still have a grade 3 - At period times I might thingk 'Damn thing' But other than that - POPpy and I seem to be co-residing quite well :-) lol
I think this year has shown me that my body doesn't care how I feel about things like POP - If it wants to send me a new 'challenge' when I think I am already at all I can take - It will - lollllll - The breast lump was a huge one - The biopsy and bruising was something I had never seen the like of before - But I got through it... This Cervix hackerama was another challenge - But - Amazingly - lol - I got through it also and the Dr was jokey which helped...
Now - On to the next challenge/catastrophe? - Lol - Maybe I will get some time off for bad behaviour? hehehehehe
Funny - I feel so VERY much more confident in myself now - A year ago my POP might not have been what it is today - But inside I have changed... My relationship has changed and it so very much stronger for these hard times when late last year I thought it might be over cos WHO would wanna deal with this POP polava... Yet today, we are stronger than we ever were...... Wierd how things work out
Eeps - Hafta take her to school - Have a great day ladies
Sometimes youre holding someone else's heart in your hands. You can drop that heart & bruise it. You can squash that heart & hurt it. Or you can stomp on it & totally annihalate it. You stomp on that heart or bruise it. It can forever be changed ♥
