When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

RE: Questions about the "First Aid for Prolapse" video
Hi 2bees,
About half the video is a long anatomy lesson. I did this because we know so little and thought it was time we catch up with the doctors (most of whom also know very little believe it or not.) Then there is the short workout - I think about 10 minutes. One of the biggest critiques we've had is that women can't really do the exercises along with the video. This is because we cut away a few times to clarify points. Then I demonstrate the posture. Then we go outside to encourage a walk/run routine. Then there are some brief thoughts on food and clothing.
The anatomy lesson focuses on the spine and pelvis. The exercise program is a strategic total body workout that is aimed at pulling the pelvic contents toward their natural positioning.
Hopes this helps!

RE: Questions about the "First Aid for Prolapse" video
Thank you Christine, that does help. I will order the video. I am a yoga teacher and I'm sure the informational parts of the video will give me more to add to the mix in my own classes. I'm especially looking forward to learning the exercises and learning more about posture.
Perhaps you will be inspired to do an exercise-only, do-them-as-you-watch type of video some day. I think there would be a lot of demand for that. You could make it a half-hour session or so, making it a nice full-body experience with general exercises as well as the special pelvic-health ones.. I hope you do that! : )
Blessings to you,
2bees
