When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

uterine prolapse in childhood
Dear Daisy,
Hopefully by now you’ve taken your daughter to a doctor. We have no way of knowing what the problem might be and have not yet heard of uterine prolapse in a such a young girl, although for reasons I do not know, UP sometimes occurs in newborns.
We would be very interested in learning of her diagnosis, however, and what her doctor suggests as treatment. Please keep us posted.
Best wishes to you both,
Christine

Bladder prolapse
Hi, i am new here and wasnt sure where to post, i am 22 and have a 3 year old daughter, after having her i had a bladder prolapse that bulges/ pushes out of the entrance of my vagina, becuase it is covering the front wall of my vagina i have an extreme loss of feeliong down there leading me to not want to have sex AND my gynaecologist has told me that on a scale of 1 to 10 my pelvic floor muscles are 0!!! I have tryed electronic stymulation and it hasnt worked, it also irritated my prolapse.
I can live with the look of this, and the loss of sensatiion but my main concern is how loose my vagina has become since having my prolapse, i dont mean to be incredibly crude but my partner is quite big down below and he can barely feel any friction any more, therefore making sex pointless for both of us and its highly embarassing! Please help, my gynaecologist does not want to operate as hes says i may hav emore children but the way im feeling becuase of this i never want any more and what if its years and years til i have more, do i have to suffer until then? thanx and advice aprreicated!

To start
Hi help,
There's a lot you can begin to do:
Get Christine's book-2nd edition
begin to practice posture, and the program outlined in book
It seems you want to begin by stabilizing your condition
I'd do the ballet workout in the book
Try firebreathing, nauli
I'm going to tell you about something that may not be popular, but here it is - use at your own risk - I used the kegelmaster2000 for over 2 years. And it was amazing what it did for my s*x life. I felt cavernous after birthing 3 children. For the first time I, well, no need to go into it, but the results were amazing. It did not cure my prolapse, although would feel tighter for some period of time. It did cure my stress incontinence. There are risks I believe. There was one member who felt it created a rectocele. Over time, I found other things that worked better, so stopped using it, and I didnt' really enjoy using it. Kind of a pain.
theres my 2c.

lildaisy44,
i am now 22 and i believe i have a 3rd degree prolapse not sure yet what exactly is prolapsed...i go for my postpartum check up tomorrow to find out. When i was younger i noticed the same thing that you described your daughter having. I dont remember it coming out very far but it was up there. I always thought it was normal but i think it was the start of a prolapse...wish i would have realized it at the time. I just delivered my 2nd son so im hoping this will show some improvement over the next year. I hope that is not what your daughter has...but if it is she is lucky to have found it early on...and can hopefully make changes that will keep it from getting much worse.goodluck!
