When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

RE: Question: Is much pain that bedrest doesn't help no
Hi Candy
I'm sorry to hear that you have such pain and no answers from so many doctors! I can only speak for myself but I do not think it is necessarily a normal part of prolapse. I have uterine prolapse, 2nd degree cystecele and mild rectocele and suffer no pain, only mild discomfort when tired or around my period.
Perhaps it is more to do with the hernia? I don't know as I'm lucky enough never to have had that.
Sorry not to be abled to offer more help. Hopefully others will respond with more and that you can find some relief.
Take care
Caz

RE: Question: Is much pain that bedrest doesn't help no
Hi Candy,
I agree with Caz, the level of pain you describe is unusual. However, prolapse can cause extensive musculoskeletal discomfort that may or may not be relieved by bed rest, depending upon how stressed the muscle-tendon-nerve connections are. If your doctor deems you healthy enough to begin this postural work I would highly recommend it. Many women experience not only prolapse reduction but also relief from all manner of aches and pains. No one can do this for us and is something that requires taking total responsibility for our own health.
Wishing you well,
Christine

Candy
You haven't specified where exactly the pain is, sometimes you can get back pain because the tendons (ligaments) are conected to the sacrum, abdominal pain if you are constipated, even discomfort from the actual distention of the organs pulling south. I think most of us get some degree of pain from our prolapses but we are all different and it affects us differently regarding the symptoms. If you could explain your pain better, maybe some of us could help. Meanwhile you have our support and we are all wishing you well. Keep your spirits up, we are all your sisters. Lots of love
