When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!

what to do
Hi Chattylady and welcome to wholewoman,
I would suggest that you buy the book :)
Everything we know is in the book and on this website. We will also have a dvd available in a few short weeks that will contain a great workout and other lifestyle tips. You are right that these conditions do not go away on their own, but they can become very manageable with the right care.
Wishing you well,
Christine

Good to see you pop in (no pun intended). Any chance dvd's will be available for Christmas? Or, as a New Year's gift, perhaps? Can't wait; how exciting. And, hope you are well!

Hi Marie and thanks for asking :) I’m fine in most respects - just really busy right now. This weekend, Fri-Sun, will be the last of our camera work for the dvd and then it will be in post-production until the first of the year. So-o-o wanted to complete it this month, but we’ve done our very best. You’ll love the workout and the rest is chock-o-block with info, which I’m hoping will answer the “10,000 questions” (lol) that our core group responds to time and time again. Hugs!!

Yes; how is it that we seem to get so busy when perhaps our natural inclination is to hibernate (at least here in North America, as it's winter)? I keep asking myself this, and taking deep breaths to keep centered during a very busy time. One day at a time . . . Thanks for all of your hard work in producing the dvd. I mean it when I say I can't wait. I love the ballet workout, and know that you've probably gone leaps and bounds from there. Who knows, perhaps someday in the not too distant future, we'll be the 10,000 members with the 10,000 questions -- Be well!
