When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Remember, the forum is here for two reasons. First, to get your questions answered by other women who have knowledge and experience to share. Second, it is the place to share your results and successes. Your stories will help other women learn that Whole Woman is what they need.
Whether you’re an old friend or a new acquaintance, welcome! The Whole Woman forum is a place where you can make a difference in your own life and the lives of thousands of women around the world!
Best wishes,

RE: new,27, really scared,is there hope?
oh..might i add that i was already examined by a gynacologist last year who said it wasnt a big deal (mild)..he didnt do the proper exams fro the rest of the organs, and seems to think i didnt need the proper exams done because i never had kids..and that there wasnt much of a problem..but you can see it prolapsed upon examination and i can feel it...i have a feeling that its not just my bladder but all of the organs that are prolapsed. i plain just dont trust doctors and am pretty fed up with trying to find good ones, so my question is, is a proper diagnosis really needed? seeing as how they are never usually right or will just try to get you to have surgery anyways? thanks again

Tight "bum, bum" muscles help immensely. I am 59 and love my tight bum, bums. About the only thing tight on me. And yes, incorporating what you learn on this forum will help immensely. You will walk and stand tall and will learn to zero in on taking control of your weak areas. And hopefully soon, you will not even realize they are a problem.
Is there hope? YOU BETCHA!

Unlike the book, which is really an introduction to the problem, the video contains the whole program...

Hi Shannon,
I have no experience with headaches -- but for me, the posture does help relieve neck and shoulder pain. The posture places the torso in a position to support the shoulders, so they can relax, perched on top of this support. The neck and shoulder muscles then don't work to lift the shoulders, which is not their job!
Many of us who first sought help for prolapses and have found so many other benefits as well!!! Enjoy the days ahead...
