DVD thoughts

HI Christine,
SOrry--can't find the topic you originally started this on!
But now that I've watched the DVD & done the exercise more I wanted to share my thoughts
I have to say it's fabulous! Very clear, and really helped me to understand all of this even more.
The exercises are great. I wish I could do it every day, which I can't, but I'm trying to build bits of it in as I feel so great when I do do them. After doing the workout my next day is a "what prolapse" kind of day!
So all positive!!! and thank you ;-)

Which exercises are you doing that you notice improvement in your prolapse the next day? Are you doing them every other day or every few days? I am really having a hard time seeing any improvement in my prolapse and I would like to hear what is working for you. Thanks, Connie

I'm not too be honest getting to do it that often, but trying to do the breathings 2x a day which i think is the main thing that's helping, and i think the pelvic rocks really help too.

I am now aiming to do the DVD beginner workout and the first section of the advanced workshop + cooldown 1 - 2 x a week, and just the beginner bit now trying to start 1 - 2 mornings... it's a start...but haven't achieved that yet (crazy work right now...)

so, not doing that much, but even the first time i did it i really felt a difference--guessing it's the breathings.

it's so hard finding what works for us...i do have faith that with lots of perseverence we get there.
