When I first “cracked the code” on stabilizing and reversing prolapse, and wrote and published Saving the Whole Woman, I set up this forum. While I had finally gotten my own severe uterine prolapse under control with the knowledge I had gained, I didn’t actually know if I could teach other women to do for themselves what I had done for my condition.
So I just started teaching women on this forum. Within weeks, the women started writing back, “It’s working! I can feel the difference!”
From that moment on, the forum became the hub of the Whole Woman Community. Unfortunately, spammers also discovered the forum, along with the thousands of women we had been helping. The level of spamming became so intolerable and time-consuming, we regretfully took the forum down.
Technology never sleeps, however, and we have better tools today for controlling spam than we did just a few years ago. So I am very excited and pleased to bring the forum back online.

Lumbar cushion
Hi Saddleup
Have a great trip. I purchased a short lumbar support cushion to come from Oz to The States a couple of years ago. I bought some narrow strapping and a little plastic clip and fastened it to the cover at the top corners. It doubled as a shoulder strap or I could tie it to my suitcase. I could also unzip the cover and slip the long end of the strap down inside the cover for compactness. I also folded my raincoat and an inflatable peanut cushion inside the cover as well. It was great for the plane trip, and also train trips and just slung across my shoulders for walking.

I've done two transatlantic roundtrips with POP now, and a few little ones. I didn't get a special cushion (enough to carry with two kids!) but Christine suggested that I put 1-2 cushions behind my back, lean back, and relax and don't worry.
I tried to sleep on my side, and I walked a lot. First trip I think I walked 8 of the 11 hours (had a toddler, was inevitable), but when i arrived i felt great! Second trip i walked less, but still a good chunk--though i slept half the night flight, and was still fine.
greatest challenged was drinking enough to stay hydrated, but not so much that i had to pee the whole time--so i made sure i peed regularly, in case the seatbelt sign went on.
upon arrival i ate loads of raw fruit / veg / flax seed (which i brought in a little container checked in) to avoid any constipation, and this time did my firebreathing / pelvic rocks as well.
and despite my fears, I was absolutely no worse for wear.

Thank you for the suggestions. I'm off to England with the family later this month (with a planned day trip to Paris with my husband via the Chunnel). I do travel with a lumbar pillow. This one unzips into a "normal" pillow for your head if you want. I always have needed a cushion with those danged airline seats. For the rest, it sounds like hydration, walking, and restroom breaks ought to help the trip go well.
